The Eight Step Process
These 8 steps are the backbone of my coaching process and are designed to help get the most out of our time together.
We will work together to clarify your goals and the direction for what you want to achieve. Often we need to speak this out loud and have someone mirror it back to us for our vision to crystallize.
In addition to your overarching vision for your company, we'll discuss strategies for leveraging your time, and creating additional revenue streams. I will often guide you towards passive income opportunities whenever possible, so you can build more free time into your life for big picture thinking and fun. We do this in a heart-centered way that ensures you are still serving the needs of your clients and reaching as many people as possible with your products or services.
How are you going to make these things happen and what should you focus on first? We figure out a plan to build your dream. A dream that serves you and serves the world.
We figure out tools or business processes you need to implement to make your journey smoother. Where do you need outside help, and what resources can you utilize? What skills do you need to learn to get to where you want?
What do you need to do to optimize your working environment in order for you to achieve maximum creativity, ease and productivity in your day-to-day tasks?
What limiting beliefs, insecurities and blocks need to be removed for you to achieve what you want? We figure out empowering beliefs to put in their place and tools to utilize to overcome a human being's natural "negativity bias." We work on the energy you are putting out into the world, because energy attracts like energy.
I will hold you accountable to achieving the next steps we agreed upon and when. This is an invaluable tool for speeding up your success. It is very common for entrepreneurs to feel they have no one to be accountable to but themselves -- and now you do!
We will celebrate your successes as they happen. Not only is this key to living a fulfilled life, it also builds confidence and keeps your momentum going. (This step is often underestimated in its importance, yet it has massive impact.)
